The first Step In
the first instance you are offered a complementary call to enable you
to ascertain how the service might be suited to you. During this time
feel free to ask any questions and take the first step to healing your
relationship.
The second step You
can be seen individually or as a couple. During the sessions you will be given the opportunity to
discuss openly what your needs are. You will be guided through the
process to establish what you want from your relationship and what you
want to achieve.
The third step is
to recognise what the blocks are for you to achieve a successful
relationship. E.g. Beliefs that you hold or behaviors you or you
partner have that are stopping the progress you are trying to make.
E.g. A lack of prioritising time together or poor communication.
The fourth step To
establish ways of managing and developing strategies to improve the
relationship. Your Coach has a pool of resources to work with you
effectively.
